Youth-Led Advocacy Driving Systemic Change

Facilitated three youth-led campaigns across Madhesh, Bagmati, and Karnali Provinces addressing child marriage, LBT+ mental health inclusion, and disability rights. Each campaign was designed with a distinct identity system, unified messaging framework, and integrated digital and on-ground strategy by positioning young leaders not just as participants, but as drivers of social transformation.

Creative Public Action & Community Mobilization

Executed the facilitation of high-visibility, participatory public actions that transformed complex social issues into relatable community conversations. In Bardibas, youth campaigners organized cycle rallies, street dramas, and public saree exhibitions to challenge child marriage norms, culminating in the recognition of ward-level policies. In Kathmandu, LBT+ youth led bold flash mobs in iconic public spaces, normalizing conversations around inclusive mental health. In Surkhet, wheelchair basketball matches across five schools, poetry recitations, and wheelchair walks alongside local leaders brought accessibility challenges into the public eye. These actions moved advocacy beyond dialogue. They made it visible, emotional, and community-owned.

Impact Storytelling & Film Production

Produced three comprehensive Impact Videos documenting the journey, voices, and outcomes of each campaign. From concept development and scriptwriting to direction, filming, and post-production editing, Vision Three Sixty International fully developed the films. These impact videos captured lived experiences, policy milestones, and youth leadership narratives, transforming campaign moments into powerful visual documentation tools for advocacy, reporting, and future scaling. By combining cinematic storytelling with authentic community voices, the videos extended the life of the campaigns beyond implementation and ensured sustained visibility among partners, policymakers, and digital audiences.

Capacity Building & Institutional Engagement

Bridged grassroots momentum with systems influence by directly engaging future service providers, local governments, and private sector actors. Mental health sensitization sessions and Value Clarification and Attitude Transformation workshops by youth campaigners in Bagmati province equipped psychology, public health, and MBBS students with the knowledge and commitment to provide inclusive care. Stakeholder dialogues organized by youth campaigners in Bardibas strengthened municipal accountability on child marriage prevention. In Surkhet, disability inclusion orientations encouraged businesses and policymakers to shift from awareness to infrastructure solutions. The campaign ensured that youth-led energy translated into institutional responsibility.

Policy & Infrastructure Outcomes

Converted advocacy into measurable systemic impact. Ward No. 7 of Bardibas Municipality was officially declared a Child Marriage Free Ward following sustained youth mobilization. In Surkhet, accessibility ramps were constructed at SOS School as a direct result of disability-focused advocacy. Commitments for improved accessibility were secured from the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Social Development, Karnali Province. In Kathmandu, future healthcare providers publicly pledged to deliver inclusive, gender-affirming mental health services. SHIFT demonstrated that creative youth advocacy can influence policy declarations, institutional commitments, and physical infrastructure.

Digital Amplification & Narrative Power

Extended the campaign’s reach through coordinated digital storytelling and activist-led content creation. LBT+ youth-generated narratives reached over 25,000 people online, while disability inclusion advocacy surpassed 60,000 digital impressions. Across platforms, the three campaigns collectively achieved more than 101,000 digital reach, supported by impact videos, social media storytelling, and visual documentation. Digital momentum ensured that conversations sparked on the streets continued online.
